Re: CORRECTED Revision to OneChicago Rule 127, Disciplinary Panel
Effective Date: March 20, 2013
OneChicago, LLC (“OCX”) has submitted a corrected amendment to OCX Rule 127, Disciplinary Panel. This correction is to clarify that all Disciplinary Panel members must meet the qualifications of a Public Director, and that this change removes the requirement that Disciplinary Panel participants are exchange members.
